重慶升降機是建筑中經(jīng)常使用的載人載貨升降機械，由于其獨特的箱體結構使其乘坐起來(lái)既舒適又安全，升降平臺在使用中需配備哪些保護裝置呢？
   
1、地面圍欄門(mén)保護：應有機械聯(lián)鎖裝置和電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，當工作臺離開(kāi)地面位置時(shí)，門(mén)應不能打開(kāi)；當門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)，電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)應使寧波升降平臺停止或不能起動(dòng)。

2、檢修安全門(mén)保護：應設置電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，當門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)，寧波升降平臺應停止或不能起動(dòng)。

3、樓層圍欄門(mén)保護：應設置可以人工打開(kāi)的門(mén)鎖裝置和電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)，門(mén)鎖應不能從樓層一側打開(kāi)，只能從工作臺一側打開(kāi)，門(mén)鎖裝置應由重力保持鎖緊，鎖緊時(shí)鎖止元件的嵌入深度不應少于7mm，當門(mén)開(kāi)啟和門(mén)鎖未鎖緊時(shí)，電氣安全開(kāi)關(guān)應使施工升降機停止或不能起動(dòng)。

4、緊急操作:應當在底層設有在斷電或發(fā)生故障時(shí)使升降機下降的緊急操作裝置,并有明顯標記;該裝置應依靠持續力進(jìn)行控制，如采用控制手柄時(shí)，手柄的操作方向應當與控制的功能運動(dòng)方向一致,當松開(kāi)控制手柄時(shí)應當自動(dòng)回到"停"或中間位置。

5、防人員剪切保護:服務(wù)樓層大于或等于3層的升降平臺，當工作臺與樓層井口的水平間距小于0.5m時(shí)，工作臺底部周邊應設置防碰撞裝置,當下降碰到障礙時(shí),應使升降機停止。當工作臺的圍欄高度小于1.8m時(shí),應在井口樓板的下緣用撓性件(如鏈條)懸掛無(wú)銳利邊緣的垂直防碰擋板,其下垂高度不應小于0.3m。
