重慶升降機漏油問(wèn)題是經(jīng)常碰到的問(wèn)題。漏油的原因是錯綜復雜的，主要是由于液壓元件的質(zhì)量，振動(dòng)，腐蝕，壓差，管路的連接、使用維護不當引起，對于少量的漏油是不可避免的，這是由于液壓傳動(dòng)的本質(zhì)所決定的。漏油量超過(guò)規定指標的現象由于外漏，一般能立即察覺(jué)出來(lái)，主要變現在壓力下降，速度驟變已經(jīng)地面或者機器表面有積油，設備需要經(jīng)常補油才能恢復高空作業(yè)平臺之前的高度。一旦漏油就要停機進(jìn)行修正，因為急性運轉只會(huì )把系統抽空并使泵的機件損壞。

1、液壓油是在一個(gè)密閉的環(huán)境中運行的，油質(zhì)泵站打壓被注入油缸內一般的壓力大于等于12pa，液壓油被打壓加油缸的摩擦就會(huì )產(chǎn)生熱。發(fā)熱膨脹的油質(zhì)加站泵對液壓油的壓力，若有密封不嚴的話(huà)，液壓油便會(huì )漏。

2、升降平臺過(guò)多的油管和接頭會(huì )加大漏油的現象。油管內的壓力一般為12pa，而且油路接頭一般用三通和對絲連接，油管內壁直徑在9mm左右，而接頭的內徑不過(guò)7mm。如果油路內管過(guò)長(cháng)，接頭多就又加大了漏油的幾率。
