1、升降平臺滾動(dòng)軸承安裝時(shí)必須細致的進(jìn)行清洗、檢查、拆卸、安裝和調整間隙。安裝前必須將防銹油脂挖出并用熱機油、柴油、煤油或氣油清洗干凈。

2、裝配時(shí)需施加一定的壓力，向心軸承應先將配合較緊的一端壓入軸頸或座孔中。壓入軸承時(shí)，嚴禁通過(guò)滾動(dòng)體傳遞力量，應直接將壓力施加在內圈或外圈上。施加壓力應均勻分布，裝配前應認真清理軸頸和座孔，涂一層薄油，可減少摩擦。

3、升降平臺滾動(dòng)軸承的拆卸一般借助專(zhuān)用工具來(lái)完成，常用的工具有壓力機和拉出器。用壓力機拆卸時(shí)，支撐面必須在軸承內圈的對稱(chēng)側。用拉出器拆卸時(shí)，拉桿應可靠地扣住軸承內圈的對稱(chēng)點(diǎn)，避免借助滾動(dòng)體傳遞拉力或單邊不以稱(chēng)受力，損傷軸頸和滾動(dòng)體。
