1、貨梯鏈條的松緊度應適宜，太緊增加功率消耗，軸承易磨損太松鏈條易跳動(dòng)和脫鏈。鏈條的松緊程度為：從鏈條的中部提起或壓下，兩鏈輪中心距約為2%-3%。新的升降貨梯鏈條過(guò)長(cháng)或經(jīng)使用后伸長(cháng)，難以調整，可看情況拆去鏈節，但必須為偶數。

2、舊的貨梯鏈條上不能與部分新鏈條混合使用，鏈輪磨損嚴重后，應同時(shí)更換新鏈輪和新鏈條，以保證良好的嚙合，不能只單獨更換新鏈條或新鏈輪，否則會(huì )造成嚙合不好加速新鏈條或新鏈輪的磨損，鏈輪齒面磨損到一定程度后應及時(shí)翻面使用，從而延長(cháng)使用時(shí)間。
