為了防止升降平臺造成人身傷害，在作任何的測試與調整前，必須首先釋放液壓系統的壓力。進(jìn)行以下操作后，單個(gè)的液壓回路、先導系統以及液壓油箱的壓力均可得到釋放。那么升降平臺啟動(dòng)前要進(jìn)行哪些調整呢？

1、將升降平臺停放在平整的硬實(shí)的地面上；全部縮回斗桿缸活塞桿，并調整使平面與地面平行；將發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火。
Hangzhou lifting platform will be parked on a flat, hard reality on the ground; fully retracted arm cylinder piston rod, and adjust so that the plane parallel to the ground; turn off the engine.

2、將升降平臺啟動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)轉到“NO”的位置，不起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機，將液壓鎖控制桿放到“不鎖”的位置。
Hangzhou lifting platform will start switch to "NO" position without starting the engine, the hydraulic lock lever into the "no lock" position.

3、全行程的往復操作所有升降平臺操作桿的操作踏板，將液壓鎖控制桿放到“鎖”的位置。
Full stroke reciprocating operation of all Hangzhou lifting platform operating lever operating pedal, the hydraulic lock lever into the "lock" position.

4、將升降平臺啟動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)轉到“OFF”的位置，慢慢的松開(kāi)液壓油箱上的油堵以釋放油箱內的壓力，然后扭緊。
Hangzhou lifting platform will start switch to "OFF" position, slowly release the hydraulic oil tank on the block in order to release the pressure inside the tank, and then tighten.
