3、重慶升降平臺地基的負荷力必須經(jīng)過(guò)試驗，在安裝前，水泥基礎應已經(jīng)干透并已結硬。在機床底下應盡量多插入鐵楔，機床在基礎上固定之前，必須用準確的水平儀來(lái)校準。水平儀首先校正縱向，隨后校正橫向。調整機床時(shí)，工作臺應停放在正中位置，在調整完畢以后，用水泥漿聯(lián)同鐵楔灌滿(mǎn)機床底。必須待水泥漿結硬后，才允許旋緊基礎螺母，并且要隨時(shí)注意機床的水平度。

4、必須按照升降平臺潤滑表上所規定的時(shí)間進(jìn)行潤滑，在啟用機床之前，首先要熟悉各操作用的零件。在試車(chē)時(shí)，把所有在滑軌上的固定裝置松開(kāi)，用手搖轉各手輪作全程移動(dòng)，然后接機動(dòng)部分。
