升降平臺的潤滑工作是保養內容之一，其中減速機的潤滑比較重要，還有其它滾輪、中間軸及軸承；油缸銷(xiāo)軸及軸承；臂架鉸軸及軸承等潤滑保養工作。

1、潤滑油加注量以減速機體游標塞注滿(mǎn)向外溢出潤滑油為準，減速機采用N320蝸輪蝸桿潤滑油，當環(huán)境溫度低于零攝氏度時(shí)，應采用黏度較低的潤滑油。

3、升降平臺減速機工作過(guò)程中，若發(fā)現潤滑油溫超過(guò)100攝氏度時(shí)或產(chǎn)生不正常的噪音等現象時(shí)，檢查原因，待排除故障后或更換潤滑油后方可繼續使用。
